By accessing or using CA3PL's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services Description
CA3PL provides third-party logistics services, including:
- Warehousing
- Order Fulfillment
- Shipping
- Inventory management
- Returns processing
3. Account Terms
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must notify us of unauthorized account access
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts
4. Service Terms
4.1 Warehousing
- Inventory must comply with all applicable laws
- Items must be properly packaged
- Hazardous materials require special approval
- Storage fees apply as per current pricing
4.2 Fulfillment
- Orders processed according to SLA
- Same-day processing for orders received by 2 PM
- Custom packaging available upon request
- Special handling fees may apply
4.3 Shipping
- Carrier selection at our discretion unless specified
- Shipping rates as per current pricing
- Insurance available upon request
- Claims must be filed within 48 hours
5. Payment Terms
- Payment required as per service agreement
- Late fees apply to overdue accounts
- We reserve the right to hold shipments for overdue accounts
- All fees are non-refundable unless specified
6. Liability
- Limited liability as per industry standards
- Insurance requirements as specified
- Force majeure provisions apply
- Damages limited to direct losses
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate with 30 days notice
- Immediate termination for breach of terms
- All outstanding fees due upon termination
- Return of inventory upon request
8. Intellectual Property
- All CA3PL materials protected by copyright
- Limited license to use platform
- No unauthorized use of trademarks
- User content remains user property
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by California law.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
